    Curious if it has an ash clean out. Also wondering if you can smoke at a stable 180 degrees.

    Would love to know:
    How long pellets last?
    How consistent the temp is over the cook?
    The temperature gradient across the cooking surface?
    How well the induction works?

    Ok all I FINALLY am done editing and fighting the YouTube issues~!! As this is my very first review video, please take it easy on me LOL. I’m totally open for suggestions even to make it shorter. On that note it is about 30 min long but I wanted to be sure to give as much detail as possible. Hope you all enjoy it. This is a GREAT SMOKER!! I’m 100% satisfied just with the quality. I’ll be making another video on Thursday or Friday smoking either a Pork Butt or Brisket overnight.
