Toasted the long ciabatta with the garlic spread, dressed the arugula with red wine vin/garlic evoo, and melted the cheese over sliced chicken breast. Then assembled with thin slices of tomato.

    Trader Joe’s is clutch for instant food. For the quality and price ita unbeatable. My go-to items were usually some kind of chicken breast entree.
