My biggest diet hacks are canned potatoes, typically 150cal/ can and SHRIMP! This bowl was incredibly filling! I’ve found swapping potatoes for rice keeps me significantly more satiated.

Air fried my potatoes and chopped brussel sprouts for 15 minutes at 375°. Sautéed shrimp and peppers together, topped with avocado, salsa, olives, and a sunny side up egg (needed more fats and protein).
