First time trying them! Excited to load up. Might try and make some chili oil with a couple and gonna try a few out with some smoked meats. Anybody have any favorites/ favorite foods to throw em on?

Love these and always have them on hand. I’ve had all of those except Smoke Show. Asian Reds are good for, not surprisingly, Asian food. I have “I Can’t Feel My Face” but have been too afraid to use it after just smelling it. The green are my favorite and use them all of the time.
They also sell some garlic, onion crunchy blends that are really good too.

I usually use the “I can’t feel my face” on most everything, my favorites are soups, pizza, anything Mexican. I got it in December and it’s almost gone already! I’m obsessed. I have the four pepper blend and I usually use that for cooking to add some mild spice in my dish. I love it in homemade pasta sauces!

I use the four pepper blend in anything that calls for red pepper flakes. Be wary of using smoke show in the raw, like on pizza, them mfers hurt on the way out. Smoke Show is great in sauces (I make arribiata with mine) and chilis.

I have every single one of these in the pic in my cabinet.
Sweet heat is a great one to add to any dish. Four pepper blend is a great and simple way to kick up the heat in any dish, although I don’t get as much flavor out of it. The hatch valley green, has some heat, and the taste is really nice on eggs, and chicken.
My favorite overall, that I use in almost everything is the, ghost garlic onion. This one is awesome.
No matter which, you’re gonna enjoy them all.

I’ve been trying to lower my salt intake, and these are a great substitute for salty sauces.
I bought a variety pack with Sweet Heat, Asian Reds, Kimsa Q’uni, and I Can’t Feel My Face, and I really like them all. I seem to be going through the Asian Reds the fastest, but I cook a lot of stir-frys. The Can’t Feel My Face is my favorite, and I use it one all kinds of stuff, but a little goes a long way.
