    A cozy breakfast to get me through another dreary rainy day.

    Sauteed Pears ~ 130 calories
    (1 pear sliced + 2 tsp butter + pinches of ground cardamom and cinnamon ) water sautee the sliced pears in a nonstick pan until softened; finish with butter and spices to coat.

    2/3 cup cooked old fashioned rolled oats (prepared water) ~ 100 calories

    Half and half ~ 80 calories

    1/2 Tbsp honey ~ 30 calories

    Not shown: 1 mug matcha green tea with turmeric ~ 0 calories

  2. Thought this was savory oatmeal with bacon on top! Looks good!
