Some Brisket flats I did last weekend on the Traeger Ironwood. Came out pretty good Eh? I was in Kroger last week about 9am, they just laid out 3 of them. Bought all 3. Smoked all 3. Ate one. Vacuum sealed and froze the rest for later.
