  1. I made this but with 1 cup mozzarella cheese (instead of 1&3/4).
    With bacon and eggs in a roll, the taste is amazing.
    The first time I left the grated mozzarella as bought, but the second time I chopped it in a blender/cutter finely.
    As a formerly meat only carnivore, now carnivore/Ketovore this is the only “bread” I find acceptable.
