Costco Grocery Shopping Haul//Prices and Filling my NEW Freezer!

Hello there friend, here is my Costco Grocery Shopping Haul for March!

In today’s Costco Haul, I picked up a LOT of proteins including chicken breasts, organic ground beef, wild caught cod, turkey breast, black forest ham, thick cut bacon, and wild caught salmon burgers.

I had to stock up on a lot of fresh vegetables too including power greens, asparagus, brussels sprouts, broccoli, baby carrots, and cauliflower.

And I’m super excited and finally able to say: We’re owners of a FREEZER! For years I’ve been wanting a chest freezer or upright freezer and we finally have one! Now I’m able to meal prep delicious family meals, stick them in my freezer, and be able to share that with you all!

Homemade All Purpose Cleaner:
-3/4 of the way filled with white vinegar
-1/4 rest of the way with water
-3 to 4 squirts of dawn dish soap
-10 drops of your fav essential oil (I really love Bergamot or lemon and switch it up frequently)
Shake all together in a squirt bottle!

Lot because I finally we finally got a new freezer for our garage and I’m so excited not only just fill it up with like proteins that I bought back here but also to make meals to help us in the future so I will be having a lot of

Freezer meal videos coming soon so definitely subscribe if you’re not subscribed but let me show you everything that I picked up back here and I’ll include the prices of every item that I purchased and I did my best trying to separate everything so I’m going to just start right down over here

For the past few months I’ve been picking up a ready to eat meal so this month I picked up the Euro kit so in here we have it looks like some pea breads Euro meat this looks like a slaw maybe of some sort or maybe a salad now

This I was so dumb I accidentally dropped it thank goodness it fell like flat and then the lid just like popped off I guess I might as well just open it since it’s here so it looks like there’s some onions oh it’s cucumbers and tomatoes in there underneath are some

Roma lettuce leaves saiki sauce and some feta crumbles we’ll see how well this will feed our family of five there is going to be a future video um where I do kind of like a compilation of all of these type of ready te meals we’re going

To be reviewing them so be on the lookout for that but I’m excited to give that a try on my channel I do a lot of kids lunchbox videos so in those lunchbox videos I will often include sandwiches and wraps and so I did pick up some Black Forest ham and some turkey

Breast slices back here I have two whole young chickens these are going to go straight into the freezer these are great for whole roasted chickens I like to make like a lemon herb butter to go onto it and then what I’ve been doing this is probably my fifth time now is I

Will save the car tcus and I will make bone broth and oh my goodness how delicious that bone broth is I can’t even begin to tell you guys it is so easy so if you have it if you do buy chickens like this definitely start doing that just start saving the ends of

Your vegetables like onions celery carrots everything that you got stick it in a freezer bag in your freezer and then wait for that freezer bag to be filled up and then make your own broth in the crock pot it is so so easy I did

Get the thick cut bacon this is a two pack of bacon if you’ve never seen it before so one of these guys is going to go into the freezer and the other into our fridge something different that I got I I believe I’ve gotten something similar but not this brand before this

Is some chicken sausage so um this is like breakfast links essentially so I’m going to try making this there’s quite a bit in here let’s see there’s there’s a lot going on in here and I do have some breakfast freezer meal ideas in my head

So that is probably going to be used for one of those meals lots of ground beef so if you are new to Costco cuz I do know that some of you guys watch these videos that are new to Costco you’re trying to get a feel for what like the

Products look like this is how they look like it comes in a three pack this is organic ground beef and in each little package there is 1.34 lbs of ground beef in here so I have a couple of ground beef meals that I have in my head yet

Again that I do want to start making here I’ll probably start making that video in this this upcoming week so be on the lookout for that in the next few weeks another quick meal idea for the freezer are these 100% grass-fed beef patties there wasn’t many left of them

There was maybe like two boxes left so I did grab one for the freezer because I do have maybe like a quarter of a package left in our in our freezer right now but I want to always make sure I have these because it is such a good

Price for that kind of quality of product so these are great for just quick burgers or if you want to like make like your own protein burger with some lettuce tomato yes that is delicious and super easy I have two packages of the chicken breast there’s

The other one down there and they do come in little individual packages like this their own little packs so generally there’s either like two smaller breasts or one big breast usually I’ve been finding that there’s usually two breasts so I haven’t found one recently but sometimes it does occasionally happen

That way over there I have some almond milk my husband drinks almond milk in the mornings with his coffee he can’t have too much Dairy so that’s what he likes and the price for this is super good there is 12 cartons of almond milk in this package right there I have a

Friend that commented on I believe it was either Walmart I think it was my Walmart video where she had mentioned that I should probably start getting my vinegar at Costco just because of the price the price is cheaper and I’ve honestly you guys I’ve never seen

Vinegar there I don’t know if I just my eye just doesn’t go towards it or I don’t know what it is but I found it thank you so much was it Melissa that that commented thank you for telling me you’re right it is cheaper to do it this

Way so in here is two gallons of vinegar I like to make my own allpurpose cleaner I will write out um like my recipe I guess you could say for how I make it I’ve been making it for years since 2008 um I’ve been using it for cleaning our kitchens bathrooms like literally

Everywhere so thank you very much for letting me know about this back here I do have two packages I don’t know if you can really see that of the France whole wheat bread there are two very large loaves in there so I have four loaves

Total all of these guys are going to go into my freezer I’m super excited because usually when I get bread I have to separate them and give them to my mom cuz I have no room in my freezer but I no longer have to do that I get to keep

My food here at home something that was on sale this month that I have seen before but never picked up are these Alaskan salmon burger patties so in here let’s see there are 12 burger patties very cool now they are wild C cot so I’m trying to be better at purchasing wild

CAU seafood and so there it is right up there wild CAU going to give these guys to try I’m not sure if my K I used to make salmon patties a long time ago when it was just three of us and my older son he is not a picky eater whatsoever I

Remember he loved them so we’ll give these guys a try if if they don’t enjoy them I will gladly eat them for lunch some more Seafood because now that I have room in my freezer I don’t have to be super picky each month now I did get

Some wild Alaskan cod so I love to make either my own like fish and chips with Cod or my I love making fish tacos I have a delicious fish taco recipe I also use it for shrimp if you guys like shrimp tacos it is my go-to I will link

It down below but excited to have this in my freezer okay so I believe I moved out of the protein so this is just so Random I picked this up I don’t know why I never thought to look at Costco before for I drops these are the ones that my

Eye doctor told me to use I guess it is just better quality than the Visine I guess but this is a three pack it is more expensive because the quality is better so I did get that moving back here I got some cheeses of course so I

Bit the bullet and decided to get a large wedge of parmesano regano cheese I usually just buy them like in the little small package wedges when I go to like wico or Target or Walmart but I know that this quality is way better than the

One from wico and I know the price is expensive and it is quite an investment up front but I do intend on making this last for quite a while and making all of the good stuff with it and then right back behind it is some tilamook sliced

Cheddar cheese so there are two stacks in here let me see if there’s a note you can’t really tell um but there oh you kind of can right here there are two stacks of cheddar cheese in here so what I’m going to do is one of these Stacks I

Will put into a like quart size storage bag in our freezer in our fridge um just to have access for sandwiches and whatnot and then the other one I’m going to wrap really good with wax paper or parchment paper and put it back in this packaging and place it in my freezer so

Me from the future I wanted to show you guys I’m I’m putting things away this is how that sliced cheese comes and they kind of come together like this and you just kind of crack it open like that and it’ll split into two stacks so I’m just

Going to put it I have some wax paper here this one I’m going to wrap up and stick it back into the packaging so I know exactly what it is so here’s that and then this one I am going to stick into a like freezer bag gallon bag

Whatever and then this is going to go into my fridge and here this goes and that is it okay back to my grocery haul I love getting the brown sugar there if it is available sometimes it’s not but when I see it I will grab it I picked up

A pineapple and it is a fairly large pineapple pretty heavy Costco does great with their pineapples something newish okay so last month I where was I I don’t remember where I went oh I think target I wanted to try out the Kinder I never tried the Kinder seasoning before never

So I wanted to try it it’s like the steakhouse one buttery Steakhouse that’s what it’s called and it was delicious I made like a beef stew in the instant pot with some beef tips that were on sale at Aldi so good so I believe one of these

Was on sale I think it was the lemon pepper that was on sale the other one the garlic parmesan was not but I really enjoyed the other seasoning so much that I decided to get both of these I can definitely make up some recipes using these guys here so very excited to give

These a try I did get some butter there are four cartons of butter and in each carton there are four sticks my husband asked for some more yogurt I did get this last month when it was on sale it wasn’t on sale this month but that’s

Okay he still enjoys it there are eight 18 little cartons in here of yogurt there is six strawberry six mixed berry and six vanilla he takes these to work for one of my kids snacks I got the cheese fruit nut packs they are 16 in here I got them because they were on

Sale these are going to have to be refrigerated of course because of the cheese so they were very excited to see that cuz I don’t get that often and another snack idea I did get the yogurt sticks I wish they make Greek yogurt tubes like this that would be amazing

But in here there are 32 yogurt tubes there is half strawberry and half mixed berry and what my kids like to do is stick half like a big handful I shouldn’t say half but a large handful of these will go into our freezer so they make them into frozen yogurt treats

Right next to it coffee has not been on sale what the heck is going on so I just got one package this is 2 and2 lbs of the Kirkland House Blend this is whole bean several months ago I was kind of complaining being a complainer about the

Cracker options that they they have at Costco they never in my Costco it’s like every 6 months they have something good to grab and I vaguely remember it’s probably been literally 6 months they had Triscuit crackers so I grabbed those because I never see them and these you

Guys I had to grab because I’ve never seen them before there are four different types of crackers in here so we love eating chutery like as our lunch on the weekends we’re not huge like lunchy people on the weekends but if we have a lot of veggies and fruits and

Meats and cheeses we will have some crackers on the side so this was right up our alley very excited to see that hello it’s me in the future so I wanted to show what this look like cuz this is how it looks on the outside I was

Thinking they were going to be boxed like separately but this is how they come like that they’re not really like labeled or anything but just thought I would show you guys how they look all right now back to me right in front of our crackers I did

Need to fill up our laundry room Pantry with some peanut but butter and some jelly for of course peanut butter and jelly I was in desperate need of tortillas I actually had to go and order some from my w from Walmart recently and I never have to do that cuz I always

Have the Costco tortillas so I did make sure I’m stocked up I got two packages but in each of these packages there’s two twin packs in here these are just the soft taco flower tortillas these I use for literally everything inchadas wraps tacos like everything I picked up

Some mushrooms I always like to get mushroom at Costco I have several ideas floating around my head that I’m going to use with these I also had to get the 4 and2 lb bag of semi- sweet chocolate chips I use these chocolate chips in quite a bit of my recipes I love making

A banana bread chocolate chip muffin top also some fudgy lunchbox brownies that are great for the freezer and I just kind of pull them out whenever I need a little treat for my kids’ lunches and I also make some chocolate chip banana muffins love having these these are a

Great price byit them this way so I always do that so recently I have been seeing a lot of talk about Brazil nuts on social media just saying how great they are especially for women um and I don’t think you need that much of them I

Think it’s like three to five or maybe even less of them daily it’s good not they don’t only provide uh protein and fiber but they also have a lot of selenium in them which is great for thyroid health and immune support health so gonna try these out I um I love

Pistachios I love almonds I don’t really eat a lot of Brazil nuts but if they are good for me I’m going to start getting into that I did pick up a frozen bag of blueberries I sometimes will fluctuate between the organic blueberries and the organic triple blend berries and I do

That for my smoothies I love putting in some greens some protein powder and blueberries in there but I got that this month I got all of the Cucumbers because you guys sold me on the little cocktail cucumbers they are so so good and these actually last a lot longer than the the

English cucumbers but I still will get the English cucumbers cuz we eat quite a bit like I said we like to snack a lot especially on vegetables so having all of these guys are just a great snack option here is our little Berry zone right here I have some organic

Blackberries some blueberries and some strawberries back there all of these guys are going to go into mason jars and doing that will help prolong the life of these berries I don’t even rinse them or wash them I just put them straight in there but what I’ve been doing recently

Is I’ve been putting like a little square of paper towel in the very bottom of the Mason jar and that just kind of helps absorb any moisture that is coming off of the berries and it really even more so helps prolong the life of them I

Also picked up some grapes for my kids’ lunches and they have been loving freezing these grapes they recently went to church and as one of their snacks for church they were eating frozen grapes and so now they’re obsessed with that so that’s what we’ve been doing my Costco

Haal wouldn’t be a Costco hul without box wine guys this wine right here is legit it good like really good it is only $15 you get four bottles of wine in here and it’s honestly like a really solid drinking wine now like if you’re having like company over I probably

Wouldn’t serve this this is more for like if I want a glass of wine on the weekend like we’re not doing anything maybe like have playing a board game watch watching a movie or something this is our go-to plus it lasts for 30 days right up above it is the avocado oil

Spray I love this stuff so much and is a very large bottle much larger than you would find in regular grocery stores so definitely get it this way if you can my son asked for chips so this is what I got so we got the kettle brand Himalayan

Salt potato chips they are so good it is a massive bag of the Kirkland brand too so really good price I have four gallons of milk over here this is just whole milk I always get this every single month below is some non bread again always get this usually you can get it

On sale but it hasn’t been on sale the last few times I’ve gone so I did just get that to put in our freezer some spring mix I love having spring mix I usually make like an omelette or I have my egg bites that I make in the morning

And I’ll kind of cut up my egg bites and place them over some spring mix with some sauerkraut over the top of it such a good meal so good really filling too my kids always are eating our carrots which is a good thing trust me um and I

Always look to make sure that they’re smaller cuz occasionally they get like the really big fat ones which are harder for my kids to Cheo but luckily this month they were fairly tiny bite size which is perfect I usually don’t get asparagus at Costco sometimes it just

Looks really I don’t I don’t know this doesn’t look great but this these are beautiful like really really pretty so I did get that I know that we’re going to have to eat these sooner than later cuz they’re going to go bad quicker I also got some bell peppers I’m going to be

Making like some more egg bites but like in a different way I’m not going to make muffin tins I’m going to make them in a sheet pan so essentially it’ll be like a big egg Square I guess you can say but I am going to throw in some bell peppers

In there I also picked up a 2 lb bag of the broccoli fettes for quick dinners and for lunches along with some really green bananas like literally this was the most yellow that I could find in there but that’s totally okay I also got a 2B bag of some brussel sprouts back

Behind it is some organic cauliflower how many pounds is this one 2 lb again more cauliflower we love having a lot of veggies like I mentioned a bag of power greens I usually get spinach but I’ve switched to getting this in here is some baby charred baby spinach and baby kale

Some zucchini this is a lot of zucchini in here in fact last month I had a couple zucchinis left over I made some delicious zucchini walnut bread my my father-in-law actually gifted us like six or seven bags of walnuts they’re in my freezer right now so I’m looking

Forward to making more more of that I did get a bag of the avocados there are five or six avocados in here they’re huge avocados they’re always super good too love Costco avocados back there I usually never have to get these cuz we don’t go through them that often but

It’s the disinfecting wipes there are four of them they were on sale that’s why I grabbed them and then the last thing up here is the dishwasher the the Kirkland brand dishwasher tabs did I mention that we got a new dishwasher a couple months ago and I am no longer in

Charge of loading it because my husband is obsessed like literally obsessed with our dishwasher and he wants to load it a particular way so that is no longer my job and I’m very grateful for that I was starting to put things away and I realized I don’t think I even talked

About this but this is a box of cream cheese blocks and there are six of them in here I love cooking with them and baking with them it’s a great price at Costco so here is our new freezer so excited about it it’s been in here for a

Couple of days just getting cold but oh I love it so much I need to get all the packaging off and rearrange these shelves but I’m ready to fill this freezer up very excited and grateful to have this oh and also if in case you’re wondering these guys

Are oh my gosh my son has already been in here I don’t know why he does this he puts water in here and makes a big ice cube anyway he’s clearly hiding that from me but I got these on Amazon and I mentioned you know how I make the bone

Broth from the chicken carcass I freeze the the bone broth because I can’t use all of that up in one time and it’s only good in the fridge for 3 days so I freeze it in these cubes let me show you how they look when I take them out of

Course they’re going to be like in a cube but this is how they look and I love it so much it is just so helpful to be able to pull one one of these guys out whenever a recipe calls for a cup of chicken broth because these

Measure out to a cup or you can do like a half a cup down there it shows right there but these are amazing truly amazing also you can use these just for like soups if you make a lot of soup or chili or something what a great portion
