Never made moz sticks before but thats a great fatty food to eat on keto. I will give this a try! Have you ever made Fried green beans as a replacement for French fries? I had them at a BBQ restaurant and they were so good I didn't miss the fries and that was even before doing keto lol. They served them with ranch dressing to dip. I'll probably fry up green beans with this recipe and the moz sticks same day I'm ready to try it. Thanks for bringing fun and variety back to eating!

Used y your perfected Keto flour rolled jalepeno Spam cut into sticks, rolled in egg then in pork Panko and deep fried! Oh my word!! I used G Hughes honey mustard dipping sauce , another hit! I have been searching and searching for an honest to goodness keto BATTER. I came close by modifying a cheeseless "chaffle" recipe, but it cooks just a little too quickly in hot oil. I'm really hoping that you have something in the works for this major gap in keto cooking.

I wonder, do you think you can follow this process, then freeze them fully before frying them and fry as you would frozen sticks from the store? Would it get more crispy and browned outsides?🤔.
