Peeled and cubed about 2 lbs sweet potatoes ($1/lb) boiled in lightly salted water until fork tender, melted 3/4 stick of butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, tsp vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Blend with hand mixer until combined and smooth
