~300 calories for dinner and ~100 calories for dessert. thats what i call balance ✨

    vegetarian!!

    dinner:
    tacos always save the day! the fajitas are made with green peppers, red onion, and mushroom. the cabbage pico de gallo is just shredded cabbage mixed with store bought spicy pico de gallo (easy peasy!). soy chunks are the nutrella brand that i got from my local international/indian store. i marinated them in soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sriracha. lastly, the guac and corn tortillas are also store bought!

    i use cant believe its not butter to keep calories low when cooking (never said i was healthy🫣)

    i use a food scale so the calories should be pretty accurate. i had two of these but only took a picture of 1.

    dessert:
    I saw people hate on halo tops icecream but i have no idea how??? 270 for the whole pint and it tastes like regular strawberry icecream. maybe its the other flavors?? anyways, i had strawberry ice cream, 1 meyer lemon cookie thins, and freeze dried strawberries for dessert. hit all the cravings

    The cookie thins are intriguing, I hate wasting 150 cals on two stuffed lemon cookies. Great looking meal!

    I was just thinking about having nicks vanilla ice cream with freeze dried strawberries on top!! Those freeze dried strawbs are absolute fire!
