One cup of beef broth over a bed of onions, red potatoes, one red bell pepper with some leek and fresh parsley. Punch of salt and a sprinkle of olive oil. Well seasoned well rested 2lb trimmed ham (salt, black pepper, paprika, dried rosemary, garlic seasoning + four pcs of fresh garlic inserted) with two tablespoons of apple vinegar slow bath over to soak up. Two pieces of smoked bacon for aroma (and as an appetizer). First timer with pork meat, not a bad job, the family liked it. Definitely recommend. Enjoy!
