Tried the hearts of palm noodles at this sub’s suggestion. Linguine (60 kcal) with 1 cup alfredo sauce (200 kcal) and fresh cracked pepper. 260 calories for a filling breakfast.
(I’m weird and don’t care for the “traditional” style breakfast every morning)

It’s good! Noodles have a different mouthfeel and a citrus taste, but I find the taste and texture to be very pleasant.
