How to Make Deep-Dish Pizza | Focaccia Deep Dish Pizza | Rosemary Focaccia Bread
Making the Rosemary Focaccia Bread tonight and I’ll be using it as a crust for a deep-dish pizza.
When I received my samples of this bread mix, my first thought was I would never make it, and if I did, I would not like it, but I was very wrong. This is probably one of the best breads I have ever tasted.

I’m using the Rosemary fota bread mix today and I’m going to make a pizza but y’all all we add is oil I’m using this basil infused oil and some water and the water needs to be between 105 and 110 so I got it a little too hot but by the
Time I add it I’ll check it again and it should be just right I’ve got our bread hook ready and I’m going to mix it in our Deluxe stand mixer so I’ll just pour in this bread mix and I wish you could smell it there goes the oil and the
Water and that’s it I’m going to set it to the need setting for 6 minutes and watch it do its magic this blender will start and stop all by itself it gradually increases speed as it goes but all we are doing at this point is just
Mixing the bread it’s not going to grab it into a ball of dough like our typical bread mix does this is a real thick gooey dough but it is delicious so I’m waiting patiently and it’s all done so now we have to put it in a bowl and I
Love this basting brush y’all see that little hook you can hook it on the inside of your bowl so stuff doesn’t spill all over the place so I’m going to take this dough now and put it in a well greased bowl and then I have to cover it
And it’s got to sit and rise for 1 hour oh it smells good after 1 hour I’ll be putting it in the round stone baker to bake it and I’m going to infuse this with that garlic parmesan oil I’m going to grease the bottom of the pan real
Good and when my dough has risen for that hour’s time I’ll be pouring it in here for the second stage for it to rise you can see it’s already got a good rise to it so now I’m going to put it in here and this is where I’ll be baking it so
I’m just going to spread it kind of evenly to the edges this is going to be a super thick deep dish pizza my husband’s going to be so excited it looks delicious I don’t know if you can see all those little specks of the seasoning in there y’all but oh
My goodness this bread is delicious okay 2 hours it has been sitting and look how tall it has gotten I cannot wait to bake this and get my pizza toppings on so I’m going to put that garlic parmesan oil on the top also and here comes the fun part you get
To make little dimples in the dough so you just put your fingers in and have fun this is kind of fun and relaxing so in the oven it goes 450° for 18 minutes I’m going to be putting some fresh sausage on mine so I removed the casing
From the sausage and I’m just going to tear it in little bite-sized chunks and I’m using the micro cooker and I’m going to put it in the microwave and have it cooked in Just 2 minutes okay y’all it is done and I’m telling you my house smells just like a
P Pizzeria um I have got it baked I did it for 18 minutes and it is just golden brown on the top and I wanted to taste it so bad but it’s still hot so I am turning it you can eat it just like this

Cheese we um meither me or husband are big veggie fans on our pizza he likes mushrooms and I don’t I like pineapple and he don’t but normally when I’m making a pizza at home I can put mushrooms on his half and pineapple on mine on my half
But tonight I didn’t do that I’m just going to go with the basic sausage and pepperoni I didn’t leave much places for the pepperoni did I uh this is the one qu m macro cooker and you saw me not long ago probably cook a breakfast in that all right so I’ve got some
Pepperoni and I will just kind of put those around and then I’ll bake it one more time just to get all everything’s done but I’m just going to bake it and let the cheese get melted and um then then we’ll be ready to eat but this is
When I opened the package I knew the first time I made it as bread that I was going to love it because of the smell Rosemary kind of threw me off I wasn’t sure fuka I’m not sure I’m saying that Rosemary faka bread but y’all it is
Delicious it it’s definitely a one that I can recommend to you so I’ll probably put a few more pepperonis on there before I bake it and I may not come back on I may just put pictures at the end so you can see what it looks like after it
Bakes but it’s still warm it’s very delicious and easy to make it just takes 1 hour for our first bread to sit and rise and then 2 hours and it doubled in size in the other two hours so it’s not hard to do you just have to have 3 hours
