Weber Master Touch, baby backs. They were immaculate. I cannot stress newcomers to kettles, the importance of learning this craft. It’s a waaaaaaay different beast than gas. But god damn. Know those ‘rib fests’ that come around every so often? Skip the lines, and learn the craft.

What…a payoff.

Let’s roll.

    Hell yeah man.

I also use a master touch as my smoker. I won’t ever go back to a bbq restaurant at this point, except to try a popular Texas joint if I’m out that way. I make better bbq on my dang kettle than what I can get locally at any restaurant.
