Super new to baking, but a decent savoury cook. This is Stella Park’s cheesecake recipe. Pan has the correct dimensions, but it never rose above the rim as she said it should. It also seems to have cracked most of the way around the outside (as shown in the photo). It’s currently cooling so haven’t taken it out of the pan.

Do we think it’ll be OK or have I stuffed something up?
