Hey y’all. Just wanna say I’m a lurker here, and I enjoy this subreddit deeply because I’m a hot sauce whore. My brother loved hot sauce as well. He would by a mini haul yearly on the heatonist website and we would excitedly get together with plain chicken wings to try them out.
He died almost 2 years ago. This was his last haul. I fucking miss him and our hot sauce shenanigans. He would have loved this subreddit.
Anyhow, thanks for all of your lovely recs!
