Quantities to Taste:
– Cooked chickpeas
– Corn
– Bell pepper
– Celery / carott
– Red onion
– Olives
– Cooked couscous or pearl couscous

Green Goddess Dressing:
– About a cup of chopped green herbs. I used parsley and dill. You can also add basil or mint.
– Cup of yogurt
– Garlic clove
– Lemon zest + juice of a large lemon
– Chopped pickled cucumber
– Salt and pepper.
