I’m unsure of where that image is from, but Chronometer gives similar breakdowns.

My dietitian told me all of the dietitians at her office recommend Cronometer. I use it and love it. It’s 9.99 a month for the micronutrient version and it’s more than worth it. I found out I need to supplement with choline, lycopene, lutein, calcium, magnesium and zinc, that I need to have chia, flax and walnuts every single day to cover my omega 3’s and 6’s, and that my nutritional yeast was more than enough to cover my Bs.
