Bacon smoked at 200° for 2 hours. Ground Chuck Burgers smoked at 200° for 1hr. Flame seared for 1.5 minutes per side. Smokey, juicy, flame kissed perfection topped with Old Cheddar, Apple Butter BBQ Sauce, Bacon and crispy fried Onions. Shout out to Walmart Great Value for selling the worst Bacon I have ever seen.
