Get a slice of bread like rye, put some temp-tee or cream cheese on it, put that on top. Delicious easy breakfast. I usually eat those as “open sandwiches” so just 1 slice of bread.
I love a really nice jam added to grilled cheese. Sharp cheddar and berry jam on sourdough is really something special.
If the jar is as big as it looks in the pic, you could also use it as filling in a two-layer cake! Yellow cake with fruit filling and a nice whipped cream frosting is such a light and tasty dessert.

Ina Garten’s PB & J Cookie Bars. What a fabulous recipe!!!
True story: I found the recipe (and watched the video) and put the recipe on my List of Things I Want To Bake. Several days later my niece and I are having lunch in this little cafe. We decide to split a dessert. The description in the menu had me thinking it sounded like the Ina Garten recipe. When the dessert arrived I knew it was her recipe. A couple days later I baked the cookie bars.
INA GARTEN’S PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY BARS
In a small bowl sift together and set aside: 3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and ¾ teaspoon salt (1 ½ teaspoons in original recipe)
In the bowl of an electric mixer beat together for two minutes until light yellow: 2 sticks room temperature butter and 1 ½ cups sugar
Add and beat well: 2 cups (18 ounces) smooth peanut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add and beat until combined: 2 extra large eggs
With the mixer on low speed, slowly add the flour mixture and mix until combined. Press the dough down into the bowl and score into thirds.
Create a parchment paper sling in a 9 x 13-inch metal baking pan and coat the exposed metal sides with cake goop. Or grease a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish. Evenly press two thirds of the dough into the prepared pan.
Spread over the top using an offset spatula: 18 ounces raspberry jam
Spread small globs of the remaining dough over the top. No need to completely cover the jam; the dough will spread in the oven.
Top with: 2/3 cup (85 grams) coarsely chopped peanuts
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely and cut into squares. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top before serving.

Stir it in your Greek yogurt. Eat it on pancakes. Mix it in your oatmeal. Use it as a glaze for pork chops. Mix it with some cream cheese and serve it with crackers.

My father would probably use this to make a cream cheese and jelly sandwich, which if I remember right is actually a fairly tasty sandwich. Been a decade since I probably had one though, think I’ll make one of these later this week if that cream cheese in my fridge is still good.

Roll out some croissants, put a teaspoon in the center with a small cluster of berries, roll up and bake. Delicious little dessert.

As part of a sauce/glaze for pork chops. Super yummy, you grill/cast iron fry the chops till they are nice and ready, then toss some of this in to glaze them along with some butter if not enough fat rendered when cooking.

I like adding a small spoonful to cottage cheese or plain yogurt.

Yes I think you can use it as a topping. Or make a glaze with it. Bake a nice pie and use it as filling or even a cheesecake!

I agree with the cream cheese sandwich. I buy cinnamon raisin bread. Toast it and add cream cheese. I just cooked a berry jam. I use it to add to that. I honestly use it to make drinks like a homemade pink lemonade. Just imagine (alcohol or not. Your choice). Fresh squeezed lemon, simple syrup, water, and a dash of berry jam in a blender. YW.
