I get that they have a different gram amount, which is odd how that works if they are both 1/4th cup, but also how does the heb black beans have waaaay more fiber than the verde valle? What’s the deal, I’m very curious

    Is it US or UK? It has to be annoying when you don’t have standarized, comparable reference ammount in the nutrition tables. In metric system countries it’s always cals/100g

    The grams per serving size are different even though they say 1/4cup. Weights a more precise measurement usually

    Are the black beans grown in different places or are they different varieties?

    [Food Data Central](https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/fdc-app.html#/) has searchable FDC ID but I’m not sure where to find that on the package. Maybe you can search for the UPC numbers.
