Stretched thin, and baked till crisp, on a baking steel
Also tried one with little basil pesto oil for depth of flavor

Very nice! How many grams is the dough? I struggle to launch 18s that are thin like this. My crutch is starting on screen for like 4 minutes. Have any tips? Thanks.
