

This is my low carb high protein lunch to get me through the week. 5g of fibre 🤷♀️ better than 0. 14g net carbs, 44g protein for 373 calories.
This is what it works out to per serve. I have just popped the salad ingredients together, chicken breast is bulk poached stuff from the freezer, dressing in a separate container. No photos, this is it for dinner.
I do fresh cracked pepper and smoked salt in the yoghurt but I don’t track them.
I usually add parsley, basil and mint leaves if I have some spare but out of luck!
