I used preppy kitchen’s recipe. I’m not sure why the feet are blown out. Any ideas? Also I’m thinking maybe the discoloration is because of oily almond flour?

    Hey OP, I just went and read the recipe. It looks similar to the one I use. This could be any number of issues.

    Couple of things to double check for the feet.

    Did you have stiff peaks?

    What was your batter consistency?

    Was your oven too hot?
