I think it’s too much cheese for such a thin pizza. I know this sounds wrong to most Americans but I’ve been dropping the amount of cheese and it just keeps tasting better. Mind you I have a mozzarella that’s locally made and tastes like something.

I find it helps the crispiness of the pizza. Do everything the same (cause it all looks good) but try with less cheese. If you like it great, if not go back. I’m eating a marinara pizza almost every week. Extra sauce, olive oil, oregano and Grana Padano. I’m loving it.

Good looking crust but wasted on horrific topping choices.

Your question last details. We could judge a book by its cover but I think you know that’s not really the best of ideas. We need to see the crumb or a cross section which speaks volumes and we can’t see that right now. The undercarriage also has something to say but we can’t see that either. As far as the cover is concerned I like a little bit more color on my pizzas.

    5/10
