I’m fairly new to cooking steaks. How do you think this went?

    I would go for a harder sear on the outside and more pink in the middle. I usually opt for medium with a ribeye, as it’s still juicy, but allows the fat to render.

    That said, if you and your wife enjoyed it, that’s all that matters. Looks good!
