346 cals, 36 carbs- my (diabetic) husband’s breakfast
He eats this every day (eggs, spinach/onion/peppers, feta, broccoli, berries) and his blood sugar hardly blips from this meal. We both use Lose It, but he has his app set to show carbs, not calories.
