4 lb beef roast
Salt, pepper, creole seasoning, garlic powder
Liptons powdered onion soup
Butter
Onion
Carrots
Celery
4 cups of beef broth
1) Pat dry both sides of the beef roast with a paper towel
2) Stab all over the roast with a fork
3) Rub olive oil, or a little bit of butter on to the beef
3) Season to your hearts desire, rub the seasoning in to the meat, all over.
4) Put some oil in a skillet on high and then brown the beef on all sides. Let it get a good crust.
5) Put it in the crockpot
6) In the same skillet you browned the roast in, add butter, garlic, chopped celery, carrots and onion. Let them soften a little bit, add to crock pot.
7) Pour beef broth in the crock pot
8) Add 1 1/2 packs of Lipton soup
9) Crockpot on high for 5 hours
Literally falls apart and was so soft.

Creole seasoning is a nice touch I’ll have to try! The last pot roast I did, I added last 1/3 bottle of A1 sauce and loved it.
