    Where is the cross section cut? I want the money shot! No sauce? No sides? Took all that time cooking pork chops just to skimp out on the photo? Hahaha looks decent tho .. thin slices with a sauce or chutney would be where it’s at tho. Thanks for sharing happy cooking
