    **Info:**
    Instead of Kaiser Rolls you can ofcourse use something else such as Baguettes. My main motivation was the low time. Im aware you could pimp that recipe a lot by spending more time frying stuff beforehand. Also: You can use less Crème fraîche like 150g. But then I would suggest to spread it first on the rolls and then add everything else. The cheese and ham makes it harder to spread.

    **Costs:**
    Around 2-3€. Probably less because you don’t need so much ham and cheese. Also like I said you can use less Creme.

    * 4 Kaiser rolls (To put in the oven but not frozen. Im my experience the frozen ones get too crispy. But if you like that, get those)
    * 200g (7oz) Crème fraîche (That’s the heavy version. The healthier version is with Sour creme instead)
    * Diced Ham or dice yourself some Salami
    * Grated Cheese (Your favorite)
    * 1/2 small onion
    * Salt/Pepper
    * Parsley
    * Whatever you want in the mix like bell pepper

    Mix Crème fraîche with diced ham (Put some aside to sprinkle on top before putting into the oven), Onion, some grated cheese. Add some pepper and salt (Not too much salt, because the ham is already a bit salty) and some parsley for color. Cut Kaiser Rolls in half and spread your mix on both sides. Spread less than you think. It gets thick pretty fast. I would say the thinner the better. Sprinkle some ham dices and some cheese on top. Put everything into the oven at 200°C (392F) for 10 minutes until buns are brown (Depending on how crispy it should be).

    A Bit Slower: Fry the ham and onions in the pan until ham is crispy and then add them to the mix. You can also grate the cheese yourself and have it finer in the mix which makes it way easier to spread the mix.
