A BBQ place I go to sometimes for happy hour serves their loaded fries on these trays but at least they put a sheet of parchment paper on the tray first. Works fine for foods like that but wouldn’t want to cut anything on it

I like these for food eaten with your hands. Burgers, fries, wings, ribs… especially when you carry your tray plate to get sauces.

I cringe ethereally just thinking about any of the sounds that this combination of metal scraping would make. Flashbacks to cleaning steamer trays

Sheet trays remind me of operating rooms. I do not likenseeing them with food at all.
