I just finished this one off, and it’s a unique and very spicy sauce that anyone who’s into Indian food should absolutely check out.
The Indian-inspired flavors come through very strong along with an up-front spice and an even larger slow-burn build-up.
It also has virtually no vinegar flavor, so those who are sensitive to that may really like that.
