
I thoroughly enjoyed this. Unlike the last “mastering dough” recipe, I did not feel like I ran out of flour and did not need to add more from the cupboard. The dough was relatively easy to work with. The prep was simple aside from the dough. The broth was flavorful even as a vegetarian recipe. Cut the dough thinner rather than thicker, it just comes out a bit better imo. We cut ours just a bit thick. This one is a recipe I might actually hold onto which is rare for me these days. Emir did not get to taste — too many onions for him.
