I think its overproofed. it swelled a lot during cold retard.

700 BF
550 coffee

    Well, I will say that it smelled amazing, like chocolate (I forgot I put 30 grams of dark chocolate into the warm liquid while mixing in the yeast) but the bread itself, the taste was not remarkable. Almost like my brain saying, hey this should be sweet, but in reality it’s not. it’s just bread. Maybe better with peanut butter!

    This looks really good! I wanted to make a chocolate bread for a while myself but never did it because I don’t know what to expect it to taste like. I mean, obviously a bit chocolaty I guess haha. But how would jou explain the taste/flavour? And what would you eat on top of the bread?
