First day back to counting! I normally snack a lot more but breakfast and lunch were filling enough.

Breakfast was a baked chicken breast, half cup of brown rice, 200g broccoli (steamed), 1tsp butter.
Also 3 cups of coffee with oat milk (1 cup milk total) – 525 cal

Lunch was chickpea pasta, cut up turkey burger, 50g kale (steamed), 50g tomato, 1 tsp olive oil. 506 cal.

Dinner was ground turkey cooked with avocado oil and spices, lettuce, tomato, green onion, half an avocado, 33g 2% Greek yogurt, some hot sauce and pickled jalapeños. 287cal

Snacks were a small apple, 100g of blueberries, a Made Good bar. 210 cal.

For a total of 1528 calories with 131 grams protein and 28 grams fiber.
