From take five no take five do I have S my Teeth hey everyone and welcome to my channel I’m Nikki and today’s video I’m going to be sharing a Giant grocery haul with you guys so we actually just went to Woodman’s which is one of our favorite places to get groceries from and got a lot of stuff we got a good

Amount of produce and we just needed to stock up on pretty much like everyday things that we get so if you enjoy this video or find it helpful please go ahead and give it a like And subscribe to my channel I really appreciate it let’s get started with produce So Adam has really

Been enjoying having oranges for work so he got a pack of these it’s just a quick and easy zero point food that he can grab and pack easily for lunch then we got some shredded carrots because I like to use these for different veggie mixes and stir fry which actually I got this

Stir fry vegetable mix it was just in the front when we were leaving so I decided to grab it because I I just wanted to get some extra produce like sides and things like that and this will be super easy to just toss in some sauce

And then add it to either like sesam noodles or fried rice but this has broccoli carrots red peppers snow peas and onions and I’m just going to probably add some extra carrots to it but I have that for zero points that will be just an easy dinner one night I

Got some bananas just for protein shakes for Adam to bring to work and for creamy ice cream recipes we got some roma lettuce that we like to use for bowls and sandwiches and burgers we needed more zucchini so just some regular zucchini that we use for veggie mix or

Sometimes I use it to make a vegetable side if we’re doing like pasta or something also for veggie mix got some red and green bell peppers I got some mushrooms I like to use these for eggs Pizza anything that I make even just like different veggie mixes I really

Like mushrooms these grapes look amazing they are so big so this is just a good zero point option for us to have after breakfast or lunch or Adam liks to pack them for work but we go through grapes really quickly now I got myself some honey crisp apples so I have one of

These every day after dinner there’s zero points and it’s just become something that is part of my routine and even if we go out to dinner somewhere or like the other day we went over to our niece and nephews and had pizzas with them when I came home right away I had

My honey crisp apple because it’s just like a habit and a routine and I like was craving it after I finish my pizza I wish I would have honestly brought it with me but it is nice to just have those after dinner then I got some potatoes because I want to do some

Homemade french fries we keep craving the fries from Five Guys because they’re just really good but they’re usually really greasy and last time we got them it kind of upset our stomachs so I kind of want to do like a Cajun Fry at home and make it just a lightened up version

That’s not as greasy I got some blueberries just for my yogurt bowls at night and also like pancakes french toast stuff like that one thing that I always specifically get at Woodman’s is their palini lasagna so this is hearts of palm that’s the only thing that’s in

There and they come in sheets like this so it’s like lasagna and it is one of my all-time favorite dinners it is so good and we have some ricotta in the fridge I actually like to get the ricot from Aldi and then this is usually at Woodman’s

Other places I usually can’t find the lasagna hearts of palm but anyway it’s zero points for the pack it’s 60 calories and 3 g of protein and I just love to use these for hearts of palm lasagna I needed a couple cans of beans so just some black beans and pinto beans

I like to get the low sodium if I can find it but not a huge deal if I can’t those are both zero points and a good filling option to bulk up Meals I got some mushrooms that I just use for different veggie mixes so when I don’t

Have fresh mushrooms I usually will just use a can and then I also got some whole tomatoes because last time I wanted to make salsa I didn’t have any so I just like to have the big can in the pantry because then I can use it whenever I

Need to make salsa I got these gillo pickle chips which I think we still have a few left in the fridge but we were almost out so I’ve really been eating a lot of pickles lately even just as a side with snack plates or on sandwiches

Burgers or caught up in tuna salad it’s a good zero point option and the gorillos are so good they’re so fresh I needed more eggs and this is my my favorite brand to get and so I like that they have the 18 count so I got these

They’re zero points I have eggs almost every single day for breakfast and it’s a good zero point filling option that helps me to get a little more protein in but then also I got some egg whites so it’s just a carton of liquid egg whites they’re zero points on Weight Watchers

For 3 tablespoons it’s 25 calories and it adds 5 gr of protein so I just want to remember to start using these more to add them into my eggs to bulk them up a little bit more but also I want to try using this for breading because

Sometimes I feel wasteful when I use like a whole egg or even like French toast and I feel like this would be convenient to just have on hand at all times for different recipes like that then wood mint has been the only place that I’ve been able to find this lately

But this is one of my favorite products it is the Green Giant riced veggies and it’s the cauliflower and sweet potato rice so I like this because I feel like the sweet potato gives it a lot more like substance and it makes it more filling it does add like two or three

Points I think for the entire bag but usually it’s not a big deal especially when I make it into recipes like Spanish rice or fried rice for the serving of a third of the bag it’s 50 calories it’s got 11 carbs 2 G of fiber and 2 g of

Protein mostly I just like to use it when I make a big batch of fried rice or Spanish rice I’ve also been buying these every time I go to the grocery store and it’s the Simply Potatoes shredded hash browns these are one to two points for the serving depending on how much you

Use they always scan in correctly but I have typed in the information and just saved it as an item in my ww app so it just depends how I’m feeling if I want a 1 point or 2 point serving but for 2/3 cup it’s 70 calories 15 carbs 2 G of

Fiber and 2 g of protein and I’ve just been using those every morning to make breakfast scrambles so I cook up some hash browns I usually add some Veggie mix or spinach and mushrooms or onions or any vegetable that I have on hand and then I like to add a protein so chicken

Sausage or ham or bacon and then I scramble some eggs in there and add some cheese usually and it is one of my favorite breakfasts it honestly tastes like getting food out like getting a skillet at a restaurant and so that’s why I’ve been enjoying those a lot

Lately and I’m not burned out of them yet for some meat that I got we grabbed some crocus ham so this is one of the things that I like to add to those breakfast bowls one slice is zero points two slices is one point but for two it’s

50 calories 1 gam of fat one carb and 11 g of protein and I also like to use this for breakfast sandwiches or wraps or just even like a regular lunch meat sandwich then I don’t know if they always have this but I found ground chicken breast so this is actually zero

Points it’s 99% lean and for the serving of 4 oz it’s 110 calories 1 G of fat 1 carb 1 g of sugar and 26 gr of protein so zero points and I’m going to use this for a couple different recipes that I have planned then I also got some 93% lean ground

Turkey so this isn’t zero points it’s four for the serving of 4 oz it’s 170 calories 8 G of fat and 22 g of protein and this I’ll probably make ground taco meat with using the Taco Bell taco seasoning packets so I got some of these

This is just my favorite to use for taco meat because it tastes similar to the Taco Bell taco meat and it’s just an easy meal that I can throw together or even just like a protein that I can prep ahead of time and have in the fridge for

Us to add to different recipes okay when I first started Weight Watchers I used to buy this stuff all the time and then it got burnt out of it and now I’m back on a Tyson chicken kick so I’ve been buying this every time we go to the

Store but actually more specifically I have been enjoying the black pepper herb chicken strips so so both of these are zero points on Weight Watchers which is so nice I honestly think these taste like fast food a little bit but they are pretty spicy although the last bag I got

Wasn’t spicy so I don’t know if that was just a mess up or if they’ve actually changed them but they are usually pretty spicy that’s also kind of why I stopped eating them so much because they were too spicy for me but for the black and chicken strips they’re 110 calories for

3 oz 3 G of fat and 20 g of protein and then for the black pepper they’re 130 calories for 3 oz 4 G of fat two carbs and 21 g of protein I just like to heat these up in the air fryer and add them

To wraps and bowls they are so good they’re so flavorful and honestly I feel like the chicken is actually good it’s not like stringy or like any weird texture then I got some center cut bacon so I like to get the center cut because each slice is a point so for the serving

Of two slices it’s two points 70 calories 5 G of fat and 6 g of protein and usually I just cook the entire packet at once I just pop it in the oven on a sheet with some foil and then I keep it in container in the fridge and I

Just have it ready to grab like a slice or two if I’m making a wrap for lunch or something for breakfast like if I want to chop one up and add it to one of my breakfast scrambles it’s just ready and made so we usually always just have some

Bacon on hand now and we always used to buy turkey bacon but we realize that the center cut is actually the same amount of points as the turkey bacon and it’s so much better in my opinion the flavor so I’d rather just get the regular bacon

Then also for breakfast I got these two Applegate sausages these are my favorite the chicken and Maple they’re so good good with like pancakes and French toast or even like MC rdle breakfast sandwiches and then I also got the savory turkey which I feel like are

Better for being cut up and added to like bowls or even like just a regular breakfast sandwich but for the turkey ones they are 50 calories for a Patty and two points on Weight Watchers they’re 3 G of fat one carb 1 g of sugar

And 6 g of protein and then for the chicken and maple sausages they’re also 1 Point a Patty 60 calories 4 G of fat two carbs 2 g of sugar and 5 g of protein and then these have become one of my favorite things to get and usually

We can find them at like Woodman’s and I think Meyer has them I’m not sure if Walmart does but anyway these are the Amy L chicken sausages the roasted garlic and Asiago and I actually typed in the information and they’re two points per link and what I love about

These two is that they come individually packaged it’s glued in there but each one is individually sealed so sometimes when I open packs of sausages I don’t go through them right away and it’s nice that these are just individual but anyway one link is 100 calories 5 G of

Fat one carb and 12 g of protein and this flavor is so good I’ve been using it for pizzas and it’s only two points so really two points for one link is not bad to add to like a pizza or just like a rice or couscous Bowl it’s also good

On a wrap or in eggs so I really like these we haven’t even really tried many of the other flavors that they have but this one the roasted garlic and aago is so good then some cheese that I needed I got some slices I’ve been using these a

Lot more for like breakfast sandwiches or tuna melt and so I got two reduced fat sarento slices this is the provolone it’s 2 points for a slice 50 calories 3 and 1 12 gr of fat and 5 g of protein and then I also got the cheddar so this

Is just medium cheddar reduced fat It’s also two points per slice 60 calories 4 G of fat and 6 g of protein this will be really good for tuna sandwiches and like I said breakfast sandwiches or pretty much any recipe that I’m going to be making but those were just some sliced

Cheeses that I needed then I got some shredded cheese so this is just the sharp cheddar it’s also reduced fat it’s three points for the serving of 1/4 cup or 28 G it’s got 90 calories 5 G of fat two carbs and 7 g of protein and again

This is something that I use for pizzas or bowls or eggs especially I really like to use this for eggs and sometimes I don’t even use the full serving I’ll just use like a little sprinkle for a point just to add a little bit of flavor

But I really like that they have the reduced fat shredded cheddar because usually I can’t can’t find that and then I also got some reduced fat feta cheese so this is one point for the serving of 2 tablespoons it’s 45 calories 1 and 1/2

Gram of fat two carbs 1 g of sugar and 7 g of protein and I mostly just use this for bowls I feel like sometimes I use it on like pasta or like if we make salads or something but usually it’s just my favorite cheese to add to like couscous

And rice bowls then I needed some light sour cream so this is just the daisy light sour cream squeeze tube it’s 2 points for 2 tablespoons 35 calories 2 and 12 gram of fat one carb and 2 gam of protein and I use this when we do different like enchilada or taco recipes

Sometimes if I’m making like a sauce and I need sour cream this comes in handy but it’s just a nice lower Point option my favorite plain Greek yogurt to get is the Chobani non-fat Greek yogurt it’s zero points and for the serving it has 16 g of protein the serving is 3/4 cup

It’s 90 calories six carbs and six g of sugar and I mostly use this for two ingredient dough but I also like to use it or chicken or tuna salad or like Devil dags or different recipes where I need to use sour cream or stuff like

That to make things like more creamy and stuff sometimes I use this but then sometimes it’s also nice to have this as a replacement or for like mayonnaise but I mostly use it for two ingredient dough okay and then I still have a tub of vanilla Greek yogurt in the fridge but I

Did grab a couple individual yogurts so this is just one of my favorite flavors it is the caramel apple pie from Dannon Light and Fit it’s 2 points for the container it’s got 80 calories nine carbs eight g of sugar and 12 g of protein and I like to have these

Sometimes throughout the day is just like a nice snack that has a good amount of protein or I like to just have them as dessert and then I got this flavor I don’t remember if I’ve tried it so I just got it to try it’s their creme

Brulee and it’s also 2 points 80 calories and 12 g of protein okay moving on we needed some light mayo so this is just the craft brand this is just the one I found works best for us for like tuna salad chicken salad sometimes we

Just want some mayo on like a burger or a BLT so for 1 tspoon it’s point on Weight Watchers 35 calories 3 G of fat and two carbs then one of my favorite things to spread on sandwiches and wraps is hummus and I have not been able to

Find the lantana black bean hummus which is my favorite so I couldn’t decide which hummus to get today but I decided on the itha everything bagel hummus I feel like that would be really good even on like a breakfast sandwich or breakfast wrap but also if I did like

Some type of lunch meat sandwich or a chicken wrap I think this would be good so it’s 2 points for 2 tablespoons and 80 calories it’s got got six G of fat six carbs 1 g of sugar and 2 g of protein then Adam picked out this hummus

So I can’t have this one CU it’s so spicy but it is the lantana extra spicy three pepper hummus it is made with white beans Cayenne Chipotle and jalapeno peppers for the serving of 2 tablespoons it’s one point on Weight Watchers 45 calories 2 G of fat 1 G of

Fiber five carbs and 2 g of protein then we needed some more panko breadcrumbs I’ve never gotten this one they came in a bag and I thought that was actually just easier to just store but it’s two points for the serving of a/2 cup and

110 calories 22 carbs and 4 g of protein but usually I just figure out the points that I’m going to be tracking for it depending on the recipe this is what I use for burgers and meatballs and things like that but also whenever I bred like shrimp or chicken we got some tortillas

So our favorite is the LA banderita brand and we like to get both sizes so they have the regular and then the larger ones these are two points for one these are one point for one for the regular their size there’s 60 calories for a tortilla 1 and 1/2 G of fat 15

Carbs 11 G of fiber and 3 g of protein and then for the large ones they’re 90 calories 2 G of fat 23 carbs 18 G of fiber and 5 g of protein so they are high in fiber one of my favorite things to use for like breakfast burritos or

Chicken wraps and stuff like that these are pretty much our go-to tortillas although recently I’ve also been buying these but this is more for when I make dinners usually if we do like tacos or something whether it’s like shrimp or ground turkey we have really been enjoying these they

Are three points for two or four points for three and usually we end up having three these are also really good for casadas for two tortillas it’s 100 calories 1 and 1/2 gr of fat 21 carbs 2 G of fiber and 3 gr of protein I’ve just

Been really enjoying the taste of these I feel like they just have a really good authentic flavor and they work really well for different like taco recipes and stuff like that so we’ve been buying these more recently although we still like the low carb tortillas as well okay

We only have two freezer things so let me just show those really quickly but we got some trueu fruit these are the dark chocolate cherries so I usually have a hard time finding these and they’re so good they’re 90 calories for the serving

Of about 3 to four pieces 5 G of fat 10 carbs 8 g of sugar and 1 g of protein and it’s five points for that serving I just haven’t had these in a while usually I can only find The Raspberries when I go to like Sam’s Club in Costco

Is when I buy them but I was happy to see the cherries so I grabbed a bag of those as just a sweet treat after dinner or throughout the day sometimes even after lunch I’ll just have like one or two of those and then the other freezer

Things so Adam wanted to grab these Jimmy Dean Delight breakfast wraps these are the Southwest style they’re 7even points for one wrap 300 calories 13 G of fat 33 carbs 3 G of fiber 4 g of sugar and 13 g of protein and those are just something that’s really easy for him to

Pack for work for lunches or breakfast he can just heat it up quickly there and it’s just a convenient item for him he also got this so we’ve never seen this one before it’s an espresso blend so this is the unsu black one it is is the

Darkest roast says still smooth it is 20 calories for 12 oz and four carbs and usually it’s zero points for the other one he gets which is I think 15 calories and three carbs for some reason this one scans as a point but I feel like it’s

Not really actually a point because the other one that he gets is also zero points and it’s the same ingredients and everything it’s just coffee which is just filtered water and coffee so I don’t know why it scans at the point but he’ll probably not track it we needed

Some bread so our favorite is still the Ezekiel sprouted grain bread this is two points for one slice or three points for two slices for one slice it’s 80 calories 1 G of fat 15 carbs 3 G of fiber and 5 g of protein he makes his

Sandwiches that he packs for work with lunch meat on this bread usually but we also like to use it to make toast or PB and JS or breakfast sandwiches lunch sandwiches anything we need bread for this Bread’s really good and I love the sesame seeds on it so that’s why we

Always get this flavor then we got a good amount of pasta because I just just am always in need of pasta I make it so often for dinner for us so I love that Woodman’s carries the alente this is one of our favorite pasta Brands these are

The carbonada pastas so they are lower point this entire bag is 15 points and that’s usually just how I track it because we pretty much divide it into three servings depending on the meal I make with it for one serving which is a fifth of the bag it’s 3 points and 180

Calories it’s 1 and 1/2 G of fat 32 carbs 8 G of fiber 1 g of sugar and 16 g of protein this is one of my favorites this is just the egg fetuccini and then I also really like these noodles and it’s also part of the carbonado line so

For one serving it’s three points on Weight Watchers and there’s six servings in this so the whole bag is 18 and usually we get more servings out of this I think I usually do four or five servings when we get leftovers for this bag of pasta versus the other one this

Is 180 calories for the serving of a sixth of it 1 and 1/2 G of fat 32 carbs 8 G of fiber 2 g of sugar and 16 g of protein okay then of course I had to get my other favorite pasta which is the Barilla Protein Plus pasta I got the

Elbows Penny and the bow ties these are 190 calories for the serving of 2 oz and that’s dry usually I end up making us 3 oz though because we like to have a bigger portion of pasta so the serving for 2 oz is 4 points if you have 3 oz

It’s 6 points which is usually what we do it’s 190 calories for 2 oz 1 G of fat 38 carbs 5 G of fiber 2 g of sugar and 10 g of protein so actually this is the protein plus but the carbonada has more protein in the servings it has 16 G for

Both of them so that’s a little plus with the carbonada then we found this which I’ve never gotten before they just have the pasta on the side which usually it’s like the mac and cheese for this brand but this is just their kavat tapi it’s four points for the serving of 2 oz

So this is the same as the Protein Plus it’s also 6 points if you have 3 oz but for that 2 oz serving it’s 180 calories 1 G of fat 38 carbs 7 G of fiber 1 g of sugar and 10 g of protein so I feel like

This will be really similar to The Protein Plus but I’m excited to try it out and see how it is okay then I needed some Quest salted caramel protein shakes and they had one left so this is three points for one of these and these are

What I like to use for my protein coffees for one shake it’s 170 calories three points like I said 3 G of fat three carbs 1 g of sugar and 30 Gams of protein and this is just my all-time favorite flavor I try so many other protein shake flavors and I always go

Back to this one because it is just the best in my opinion so this is my favorite one to use and it’s three points but super filling to have a protein coffee during the day and I also add collagen to it so that adds another 10 g of protein then another Quest item

I got the quest Taco protein chips these are our favorite flavor to get they are three points for the bag 140 calories 5 G of fat five carbs 1 G of fiber and 19 g of protein and I like to have these with lunches usually if I make like a

Tuna sandwich or something it’s the perfect side and I love that that it has 19 g of protein for three points we got some love crunch granola this is the dark chocolate peanut butter flavor it’s 4 points for the serving of a/4 cup 150

Calories 5 G of fat it’s got 18 carbs 2 G of fiber 6 g of sugar and 4 g of protein and this is one that I like to use on my yogurt I usually just weigh out a twoo serving which is like an e/ cup it’s four points for the serving of

A/4 cup and sometimes we just like to have it as a snack but again I like to use it as a granola topper on things usually like yogurt another thing I’ve really been enjoying as a topping on my yogurt is this specific cereal and it is

The Panda Puffs so the brand is Nature’s Path which actually I realized that it’s the same brand as love crunch I never put it together cuz we usually get this at Trader Joe’s so I thought it had to do with Trader Joe’s but then we started

Seeing it more at like fresh time and now at Woodman’s they actually have a bigger bag of it so it was cheaper to get this big bag and I usually just weigh out a twoo serving to put on my yogurt it is so good it’s also good as

Just like a bowl of cereal and milk milk we like to get the fair life fat-free milk so even using like a point of that and then one cup of this is six points but again I usually use a little bit less for my yogurt and stuff but it’s

Just a really good cereal option it’s 170 calories for a cup and six points on Weight Watchers 4 and 1 12 gram of fat 31 carbs 3 G of fiber 9 g of sugar and 3 g of protein another thing that wood mins has that is one of my favorite

Products and that is like air pancake puff corn so we actually got two bags of this this is just one of my favorite sweet snacks at after dinner or midday if I just want something sweet this is my favorite it tastes so good it tastes like pancakes I don’t even know how to

Fully explain it it is just such a good flavor it’s 150 calories for the serving of three cups and six points for that serving it’s got 9 G of fat 17 carbs 1 G of fiber 4 g of sugar and 1 g of protein they have a few other flavors the

Cinnamon roll the classic the white cheddar but the pancake is pretty much remained my favorite and then the last thing that we got so these are the drizzilicious s’mores bites so the the serving is about 21 pieces it’s four points on Weight Watchers that serving

Is 90 calories 3 G of fat 15 carbs 4 g of sugar and 1 gr of protein and these are also gluten-free and vegan they’re just another one of my favorite sweet snacks that I can have after dinner and sometimes I don’t even have the full serving I’ll do like a two-point serving

Or whatever but I just love the flavor of these the drizzle on them is good and they have a good s’mores flavor to them so anyway that wraps up everything today we got a lot of stuff and we needed it so I’m feeling good for the week I say

This every grocery haul but it’s always so nice to just have food in the fridge and be prepared for the week because I’m so much less likely to be tempted by getting takeout food or just making meals that aren’t going to be as nourishing for us I’ve got all the

Options in front of me and now I’ve got some meals that I’ll be making this week and yeah I hope you guys found this video helpful so if you did please go ahead and give it a like And subscribe to my channel I really appreciate it

Thank you guys so much for watching and we will see you next time Bye He

  1. I got your cookbook, and am loving it! Such good ideas, and I love that most of the recipes are 1 or 2 servings, because I'm the only 1 in the house following a diet and can focus on just my meals while my husband fixes for himself and the kids.

  2. Do you find that cauliflower rice gives you gas? Nature's Path Pumpkin Flax granola is my favorite yogurt topper!

  3. Great video! Lots of ideas! I kept thinking you were saying wegmans not woodmans and I was like I’m not looking close enough because I’ve never seen these lol😂

  4. Could you do a video on how to use tge WW app. Like how do you find the ham is 0sp for 1 slice and 1sp for 2 slices?

  5. Don't eat the Sargento cheese until you check the recall list! Many were recalled yesterday for being contaminated with Listeria 😢

  6. Besides our "foodie" road trips to your area😅. We go on the hunt for groceries!. WOW, r-e-a-l-l-y noticed a difference between Woodmans and Meijer$$$$😒. For us…..Woodmans was best❤

  7. A lot of that looks really good but watch out for the sodium, that's where the flavors come from.I make my own with fresh spices, thank you for the haul.

  8. the Palmini hearts of palm lasagna noodles…what aisle, section may they be found in the stores? frozen, fresh produce..l am not sure where to look in my local stores.

  9. I've never seen the black pepper herb chicken breast strips! I think my husband would really like those. The Stok espresso blend is my favorite! I drink it straight up.

  10. Great video! You can make your own ground chicken breast in the food processor. So much cheaper than purchasing it already ground. It cooks up identical to the pre ground chicken, too!
