How To Make Oven Baked Zucchini Fritters – Easy To Follow Recipe

Recipe:
2 large zucchini
½ tsp salt
½ shallot (about ¼ cup)
¼ cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, cottage, parmesan, etc.)
¼ cup flour AP/almond/rice/etc.
1 egg
Olive oil

Bake at 425F for 25 minutes

Delicious baked zucchini fritters let’s make them grate two large zucchinis into a colander and over a large bowl sprinkle with a good amount of salt and toss to cover let this sit on the counter for 20 minutes so we can start drying out some of that excess moisture

Of your favorite cheese 1/4 cup of your favorite flour allpurpose almond I’m using glutenous rice flour crack in one egg we’re going to mix this all very well then we’re going to portion into four pieces and form those into a Patty we’re going to place those onto an olive

Oil line baking sheet brush on olive oil over the top using a brush or paper towel and bake it 425° for 25 minutes these are crunchy on the outside nice and fluffy in the middle and 100% delicious throughout that’s why you have to try making these
