🥩Flank steak was marinated for 24 hours in 30 ml canola oil, 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard as well as 1/2 tsp of oregano, thyme and pimento.
Removed from the fridge 2 hours before cooking and drying off the marinade.
Cook in a hot iron cast pan for 6 minutes, flipping the steak every minute.
Let it rest after cooking for 10 minutes covered in aluminum foil.
🍟 Fries: cut potatoes in fries, soak in water for 30 minutes, dry them, add olive oil and seasoning. 15-20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius, toss them, another 10-15 minutes for 210 degrees Celsius.
🥫Dipping sauce: 1/2 cup of tomato sauce, 1 tbsp prepared horseradish and Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp of dark brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, some salt, pepper, onion power, garlic powder, celery powder, Tabasco
surgycal
Looks good, but I don’t like the fry to steak ratio, fries always need to be more
