First full Beef Brisket

16.5 pounds. 1000D4E
Took 6 hours till 160° wrapped in pink butcher took another 6 hours to hit 203°. Wrapped in foil and towel in the cooler for 2 hours to rest. Wife and daughter in law also loving it. I’ve smoke about 4 small briskets. It is good and proud of my cook. 👍👍
