Where I get the chance to make homemade French fries, I m make them!
As for fried clams I can to say that I am The biggest fan of them but these were good. By all means if you can find raw clams I suggest you do so but this is the alternative.

Hey everyone welcome back to my kitchen okay today is a very easy recipe we’re making fried clams and homemade fries these fries have uh o b so o b french fries um let’s get started I’ll show you how I batter my clams if you don’t like clams this is a video video

For you so just there’s more videos out there for you so anyways let’s get started so first off I’m going to start by cutting my fries and I like skin on so I normally just take the sides off first with the top See So try to cut them all the same Size okay so I’m going to continue cutting up these fries and I will be back after that and I’ll show you what I do with them I’m done cutting up my fries now I use yellow Yukon yellow gold potatoes these are just my preference you can use anything like rusted uh to

Me these taste better I don’t know I’ve been eating these all my life so they’re good now we want to give them an ice cold bath wash them really well we want to take the starch off of them too see that you see how much starch is on our

Potatoes so you want to do this a couple Times and then you want to let them sit in the water for about 20 minutes to a half an hour drain and then let Dry one more Time our fries are done they have dried off so I let them soak for about 20 minutes and then I let them dry for about 10 to 15 but I also dabbed them with paper towel and now they’re ready to go in to our fryer here’s my fryer I

Have it on 350 it’s up to heat Now Okay let’s put them In so we’re going to let them fry for 10 minutes our fries are done so now it’s time to take them and throw them over here on some newspaper salt them up and put some Old Bay on them A little bit of salt oh babe it’s a game Changer oh my gosh you kidding me it’s a bomb let’s make our clams now okay I don’t know if I was filming that last part I really hope I was cuz I seasoned this with um adobo parsley oregano um chili flakes cayenne pepper I think I said garlic powder salt pepper

And we’re just going to fry them in our oil that is pretty much up to heat which is between level 8 and seven we don’t want it too high I’m just taking them sting off there we go probably going to fry them at least until golden Brown these look so good so while these are cooling off and just going to sprinkle some oil B as well as a little bit of Cajun and it’s ready to serve up I will be back once it’s plated okay you guys this is the finished product so we have our beautiful homemade Old Bay seasoned french fries are beautiful cooked to Perfection clams with a lemon on the side yes this
