
can i use either of these to make rice cakes? i tried the regular rice flour a couple times and it was very dry and crumbley. it's very possible that i had the ratio of water to flour off but i figured id ask before i run through the rest of the flour. thanks in advance ☺️

Try this… found on YouTube for dry rice flour.
left one is sticky rice. You should use non sticky for garaetteok.
