Kitchen scraps breakfast – onion, celery, carrot, asparagus, kielbasa, eggs, feta about to go bad

    Sauteed onion, carrots, celery, asparagus in olive oil with salt, MSG, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Added the kielbasa and sauteed for 5 more minutes. Then added 2 eggs and scrambled in the pan. After those were done I stirred in feta cheese and let it cook for about a minute before dishing.

    I do this all the time on weekends. Or I throw them into a soup. 👍
