Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Pudding/Ice Cream

    ### Ingredientes
    * 100g Greek yogurt
    * 1 Scoop vegan (or casein) protein powder
    * 2 Scoops (tsp) psyllium husk/chia seeds (optional)
    * 5g Cacao powder
    * 15g Pure peanut butter
    * Pinch of salt
    * 1/4-1/2 Cup unsweetened vanilla cashew milk (or other liquid of choice)

    ### Instructions
    1. Mix together all ingredients except the milk
    2. Mix in about a quarter cup of milk
    3. Continue adding milk a little at a time until the mixture is a little runnier than you would like your end result.
    4. Place in fridge or freezer for 1/2-1hr. If placing it in the freezer, scrape the sides of the bowl and stir every 10-20 minutes.
    5. When it reaches the temperature/consistency you prefer, top with whatever you like and enjoy.
