Hey guys I’m Nisa Homey, today I’m sharing a  healthy vegetable soup recipe ideal as a filling   and nutrient dense meal for dinner in your weight  loss Journey so let’s get started with the recipe   I’m heating my kadai with the 2 tsp wood pressed  ground nut oil instead of wood pressed ground nut  

Oil you can use any locally soured wood pressed  oils of your choice.Add in four to five garlic   loaves finely chopped. Add in ginger finely  chopped allow the ginger and garlic to turn   light golden brown in color and this adding half  onion finely chopped a handful or about 1/4 cup of  

Beans finely chopped one carrot finely chopped 1/4  cup fresh green peas half cup organic cauliflower   which I have cut into small florets 1 teaspoon  sea salt or as needed and give this all a good mix allow the vegetables to sauteed  for about 2 minutes on low flame  

After 2 minutes I’m adding in 1 tbsp Arrow root powder give to stir instead of aror root powder  you can use potato starch or tapioca powder adding   2 and 1/2 cups of 500 mL water give it a quick  stir add in half teaspoon freshly ground black  

Pepper powder or as needed give it a good  stir cover and allow the vegetables to get   cooked for about 5 to 7 minutes on medium FL 5  to 7 minutes later or once the vegetables are  

Nicely cooked open the lid and give it a good  stir now if you would prefer thicker soup you   can increase the quantity of Arrow root powder  to 2 tbspoon instead of 1 tbspoon and now the   vegetables are nicely cooked I’m going to turn  off the flame to make this more nutrient Rich  

I’m adding in some MinGa leaves these are  organic garden fresh MinGa leaves instead   of MinGa leaves you can also use MinGa powder  MinGa is known as Nature’s multivitamin I have   already shared many videos on MinGa please  do check it out to understand more about

  3. 2 Teaspoons oil is 10grams of fat,90 cal Aries, plus calories from starch and vegetables. I dry cook in low flame or micro wave.
