Skull’s Rainbow Room Chef Bakes Salmon with Lemon Dill & Capers

Yeah we’re gonna broil some salmon we brought in the whole fish and trimmed it up and we’re gonna broil it in the oven and mm-hmm get it going all right well give me started here what are you starting we’re gonna start with some olive oil okay and

We’re gonna line this pan with a little bit of it and we’re gonna evenly spread it around okay and then we’re gonna take it from there and get the fish place it in here anything we should be looking for in particular when we buy a piece of

Salmon just that it’s bright and orange mm-hmm doesn’t you know have an off smell to it all right so what are the first couple of spices you’re putting in there so we’re gonna we’re gonna drizzle a little more olive oil over the top of the sand

Okay and then we’re gonna put a little bit of lemon pepper already over here love lemon pepper you know one of the things people make a mistake on they don’t necessarily put enough all on it or when they’re cooking it yeah and especially this fish here you can’t

Really hurt it with olive oil okay and it’s good for you so and then we’re gonna take some seasoned salt and add some of that pretty liberally here then we’re gonna go and line the fish with these lemons here okay and then this is a big piece so this is gonna feed about

How many this is gonna feed about I don’t know six people all righty if you it would make it I love Sam and maybe just for people but right and you could cut it in half and then I save the save the rest for another time maybe freeze

It or whatever and make two meals out of it and then we’re gonna line the linens here with whole butter okay and then we’re going to take some capers and sprinkle capers over like so all right I love capers eru and then we’re gonna take the dill all righty
