Just tried a few dabs straight. Big cumin flavor. Moderate heat from the red habaneros. Might be best on chicken for my tastes. The flavor and smell sort of bring to mind a nice chicken fajita marinade.

Ingredients: Mangoes, yellow mustard (distilled vinegar, mustard seed, salt, turmeric, spices), red habanero peppers, distilled vinegar, brown sugar, seasonings, spices, citric acid, xanthan gum, kosher salt.
