It’s generally hard to find good Octopus because it’s hard to cook. If you undercook it it’s bad. If you over cook it, it feels like you’re eating a rubber band.
If you cook it right, it’s delicious.
Is it hard to cook it right when cooking in bulk like this? Never tried it. Any tips?
