Looks amazing, but I would say there are so many iconic Hong Kong breakfasts. Congee and fried dough stick, **dim sum**, HK style french toast, borlor Bao, milk tea, ham with macaroni.. the list goes on.
But personally, I’m a fan of satay beef noodles. Def a banger.
