A small local grocery store had these today with an expiration date of 7/23. I just went ahead and bought a few. How long is unopened hot sauce good for after the date printed on the bottle?

I don’t think hot sauce actually expires, but they’re required to put a shelf life on all foods. I wouldn’t worry about the date at all. And for a dollar, I’d definitely grab a few.
